Les has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1990. He has held a Brokers License since 1992 and has practiced real estate as a Broker Associate, an Assistant Manager in a brokerage firm, managed the education and IT department of a real estate company and currently is broker owner of Iowa Real Estate Solutions, LLC.
In addition to being a Buyer Brokerage firm, Iowa Real Estate Solutions offers real estate training in the use of technology and marketing to REALTORS®. With extensive knowledge of MLXchange MLS Software, Les provides training to local real estate companies within the Des Moines Area Association of REALTORS® (DMAAR). With a background in Information Technology and Education with a previous real estate firm, Les has developed a reputation for being the "go to" person for most any technology related issues. Les felt there was a need for individualized service and training for local members of DMAAR and his company, Iowa Real Estate Solutions was born.
Les is an active memeber of the Des Moines Area Association of REALTORS® and currently holds the office of First Vice President of DMAAR. He is also on the Board of Directors of The Iowa Association of REALTORS®. He was awarded the 2007 REALTOR® Salesperson of the Year for his service and involvement within the DMAAR Association.
